Starting Wednesday, I will be giving up the following for 40 days:

I LOVE candy. Like LOVE. Every year when Lent rolls around I choose 2 things to give up. It's usually pop (aka: coke, soda, etc.) and candy. I don't really drink it anymore though. Therefore, I can't really give it up. So, I've decided this year to make a resolution to attend church every Sunday. Yes, I know I should be doing this anyways, but with my schedule being the way it is, it's hard to get the motivation to attend on my day off. Excuses, excuses.

Where I'll be spending my Sundays from now on...
And to subdue my cravings, I'll be eating these:
Thanks mom & dad!
Thin Mints and Caramel Delights/Samoas. These arrived on my doorstep today and to say I was thrilled would be an understatement. I felt like I was in college again receiving a "care package" from my parents. We'll see how long these boxes last. I've already warned Mark to stay away or else. Just kidding. I may share a few with him....
don't you love a care package!? what sweet parents :)
