Does anyone else feel like there's a big gray cloud hanging over this season of Bethenny Ever After? Thus far, nothing exciting or positive has happened- just a whole lotta bickering between her and Jason, staff departures, etc. Blah....

Conversely, I am loving Giuliana & Bill this season now as much as ever. Although the first episode was a tear-jerker with G revealing the details of her breast cancer diagnosis, her attitude and relationship with Bill makes her even more endearing. She certainly hasn't lost her sense of humor through the tough times and I love that about her. I'm still pulling for them to have that baby they've always wanted!

And, in the interest of full disclosure, you all should know that I'm suffering from a major candy hangover. Perhaps it's due to the fact that I am still finishing off the contents of my Easter basket (and will be for the next few days...)?

It was a showcase of ALL the bravo-lebrities at their finest. You could totally tell there are ones (i.e. Tom/Padma, Tabatha, Rosie Pope) that think the others are absolute idiots (the entire casts of RH). And rightfully so, in most cases.....

A GREAT Weekend!

This weekend we traveled home to Cincinnati for not one but two fabulous showers hosted by my aunt and sister and girlfriends, Jaime & Amy! It was so nice to see all of our friends and family and have them share in the excitement of our impending arrival:

Needless to say everyone was beyond generous and we are incredibly grateful for it all. We feel so lucky to be surrounded by such amazing people. 

*Of all the unnecessary and ridiculous things my OCD self packed for our trip, the one (extremely important) item I forgot was my camera. So, until I get some real photos these iphone pics will have to suffice! 

It's hard to imagine that the next time we see everyone there will be a baby in tow!

A HUGE thank you to our shower hostesses, who put so much time and effort into making the day special for us- every single detail was just perfect! And to our parents, for all that they've done for us and baby Tanner, as well as our sweet angel dog, Cooper, who I feel certain will make an excellent big brother :)

On top of all that I've been reading lots of baby stuff, complaining to Mark, and searching for adorable outfits for my baby boy (I'm really busy, I know). Also, I watched a yoga DVD tonight. That's right- no performing poses and whatnot. I have to say the whole thing was pretty slow. Not sure this will be able to hold my attention. However, I'll most likely be giving it a try because I can tell my gym days are numbered.

While I've had a pretty easy pregnancy thus far, I am definitely starting to slow down.


29 weeks

 I had to make a few maternity purchases this past weekend because apparently, Charleston is skipping spring and going straight into summer. Some solid finds at Target which I'd showcase but their website crashes my comp every time I try to access it.

Overall, I'm still feeling really good! I cannot believe we only have 2 months to go!

Scatterbrained

I'm sure you all have heard by now that Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minillo are expecting a baby. While I think it's great and am happy for them, I can't help but wish it were Jessica? I'm still nostalgic for the Newlyweds days.
